When an outsourced insurance call center makes sense

Agencies usually start looking for help when calls go to voicemail during busy hours, renewals slip through the cracks, or licensed staff spend half their day on service requests that do not need a license. An outsourced team absorbs that volume without hiring, training and managing extra in-house staff.

RevUp Global agents work US business hours from Pakistan. They are trained on your agency, your scripts and your hand-off rules, and they treat your customers as your agency would.

Services we cover

  • Inbound overflow and quote intake: answering, capturing details and routing to a producer
  • Renewal and retention calls: reaching customers ahead of renewal and booking reviews
  • Policy service support: document requests, ID card requests, payment reminders and status updates, routed per your rules
  • Outbound campaigns: live transfers, appointment setting and aged-quote follow-up
  • CRM and data hygiene: logging every call, updating dispositions and tagging opportunities

What stays with your licensed team

Our agents do not quote premiums, bind or change coverage, or give coverage advice. Anything that requires a license is routed to your staff with notes, so the customer does not repeat themselves. This keeps your agency in line with state licensing rules and your carrier agreements.

How onboarding works

We start with a discovery call about call types, volumes, hours and systems. Next we write scripts and routing rules with you, train a dedicated team, and run a short supervised pilot with call recording and daily QA. Once quality is where you want it, we scale hours and seats.

Compliance: consent, DNC scrubbing and call recording

Every outbound program we run for insurance agencies is built around the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule and state telemarketing laws. In practice that means three controls on every campaign.

  • Consent before the dial. Calls that require prior express written consent are only placed to consumers whose consent record exists, and we keep the consent source, timestamp and disclosure language tied to each record so your agency can audit it.
  • DNC scrubbing. Lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable state DNC lists, our internal do-not-call list and known TCPA litigator lists before calling, and opt-out requests are honored and logged.
  • Call recording and disclosure. Calls are recorded for quality and dispute review, with recording disclosures that follow the one-party or two-party consent rules of the states involved.

Our agents never claim to represent a carrier they do not represent, and never quote rates or bind coverage. Quoting and advice stay with your licensed producers. This page is general information, not legal advice; your agency's compliance counsel should approve scripts and consent language.

Quality and reporting

Every call is logged in your system or ours. Supervisors review a sample of recordings against a scorecard covering greeting, accuracy, compliance statements and hand-off quality. You receive daily activity reports and a weekly review.
